1、Brief introduction of the park

China Petrochemical (Qinzhou) Industrial Park is located in Qinzhou Port Economic Technological Development Zone, which is the core industrial zone for the construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. In August 2012, the park successfully passed the review of China Petroleum Chemical Industry Federation, became the fourth industrial park in China, one park in Southwest China South China Economic Circle with the title of “China Petrochemical”. China Petroleum & Chemical Industry” as the fourth park in China the first one in Southwest China South China Economic Circle. The planned area of the park is 36 square kilometers, with a usable area of about 28.6km2, the pre-selected sites of the settled projects projects under negotiation cover about 15.8km2, with a remaining land of about 14km2.

2.Leading Industries

Based on PetroChina's ten million tons of oil refining, Huayi industrial gas island methanol-to-olefin project, the park plans to develop four major industrial chains, including value-added refining by-products processing industry chain, polyester industry chain, olefin diversification industry chain, phosphorus chemical industry chain biochemical industry chain.

At present, there are about 20 petrochemical enterprises, including 3 foreign-funded enterprises, with a cumulative fixed investment of about 70 billion yuan, an industrial output value of more than 50 billion yuan, a tax revenue of more than 7 billion yuan, including PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company, Guangxi Yuchai Petrochemical Company Limited, Qinzhou Tianheng Petrochemical Company Limited, CEC Beibu Gulf (Guangxi) Thermal Power Company Limited, Guangxi Qinzhou Chengxing Chemical Technology Company Limited, Guangxi Hongda Bioenergy Technology Company Limited, Qinzhou Hongda Bioenergy Technology Company Limited, Qinzhou Tianheng Chemical Co.
