1、Brief introduction of the park

Qilu Chemical Zone is an important cooperation project between Shandong Provincial Government Sinopec Group, is the third professional chemical park approved by the state after Shanghai Chemical Zone Nanjing Chemical Zone. The planned area is 48 square kilometers, of which 22 square kilometers are built-up areas such as Qilu Petrochemical Company 26 square kilometers are newly planned developed areas, which are mainly divided into 6 functional zones such as core area, fine chemical park, plastics processing area, export processing area, warehousing logistic area, new material industrial park. Since its establishment in September 2002, the Administrative Committee of the Chemical Industry Zone has insisted on taking the excellent ecology, strong foundation investment as the important links to accelerate the construction of the zone, the good environment has provided a strong impetus for the development of the Chemical Industry Zone. 2011 Qilu Chemical Industry Zone was awarded as the demonstration base of Shandong Province for the new type of industrialization industry.

2、Leading Industries

Relying on the advantages of petrochemical industry in Linzi District, we vigorously develop deep-processed products extend the five major industrial chains of petrochemicals, fine chemicals, new chemical materials, carbon-based chemicals, plastics mechanical processing. Firstly, we will build projects of ethylene oxide, ethylene propylene rubber, butyloctanol, propylene oxide, acrylonitrile, polypropylene composite paper, ethylene propylene rubber, methyl ethyl ketone, MTBE, polyisobutylene, isoprene rubber, maleic anhydride, 1,4-butylene glycol, terephthalic acid, hydrotreated petroleum resins solvent oils, so on. The second is to vigorously develop various types of modification additives, increase the combination of raw materials additives R & D transformation of results, highlighting the development of engineering plastics modified rubber. Third, the development of synthetic resin special materials, engineering plastics, plastic alloys in the polyoxymethylene (POM), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polycarbonate (PC), polyamide (PA), carbon fibers, ultra-fine powder materials, new silicone materials inorganic products for microelectronics, information, energy industry supporting. Fourth, on the basis of the existing syngas derivatives urea, methanol, the formation of coal chemical industry chain. Fifth, plastic film, plastic products, rubber products, plastic pipes, chemical containers, plastic special granules as the characteristic leading products, with cold, heat, flame retardant other properties of engineering plastics.

3、Entrepreneurs

We have successively introduced constructed large domestic foreign enterprises, including Eastman of the U.S.A., BOC of the U.K., Berstow of Sweden, Inco of the U.S.A., Qixiang Tengda, etc. In 2013, there were 223 enterprises above the size of the park, realizing industrial output value of 136.5 billion yuan (including Qilu Petrochemical), realizing profits taxes of 17.426 billion yuan, completing fixed asset investment of 7.557 billion yuan, employing more than 80,000 people. c1, c2, C3, C4, C5, aromatics processing, phthalic anhydride, carbonyl synthesis products, DOP (dioctyl phthalate), DBP (dibutyl phthalate), chemical plastic additives, additives, other products are in the national position in terms of scale grade, some of the products of the enterprises occupy an important position in domestic foreign markets.
