(1) Non-unidirectional flow clean room: previously often called turbulent flow clean room, the indoor airflow is all flowing in a single direction. Non-unidirectional flow clean room are eddy current exists, is suitable for high-cleanliness clean room, should be used for 6 ~ 9 level of clean room.

(2) Unidirectional flow clean room: Unidirectional flow clean room airflow is characterized by parallel streamlines, flow in a single direction, in the cross-section of the wind speed is consistent, there are vertical unidirectional clean room, quasi-vertical unidirectional flow, horizontal unidirectional flow clean room so on.

(3) Vector clean room: in the upper corner of the room side of the air supply, using fan-shaped high-efficiency filters, but also with ordinary high-efficiency filters with fan-shaped air supply, in the lower part of the other side of the air return, the room's height length ratio of 0.5 ~ 1 between the general desirable. This kind of clean room can also reach class 5 (class 100) cleanliness.

Clean room flow type is basically the above three types, but the actual application can evolve a lot of forms. A clean room can be a mixed flow type combining unidirectional non-unidirectional flow to realize a high-level clean room in a local area (unidirectional flow section).
